Delivery Policy
Every time you make a purchase on Konfulon Online , you may opt for delivery. Konfulon Online offers delivery for almost every region in Cambodia.
What You Need To Know
Konfulon Online strives to deliver your order in a timely manner. Deliveries can be done to business locations or to your household. This is the stipulated lead time that we adhere to.
- Same day delivery: all orders placed before 12:00mm will arrive before 7:00pm on the same day. This service is currently available within Phnom Penh only. The delivery process begins at 12:00mm every day. Shipping fees may vary based on order amount and product specifications.
- Next day delivery: all orders placed before 5:00pm will arrive before 7:00pm on the next day.
As Konfulon Online’s office will be closed during long Public Holidays (Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben ), all orders placed on those days will only be processed for delivery on the next working day.
Redelivery
We will attempt redelivery at least once per day for three consecutive days if the first delivery attempt failed. Deliveries will be done within 3 business days. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and will be awaiting your pick-up.
Returns
Konfulon Online will bear all shipping costs for approved returns.
For remote locations that are not within our service locations, feel free to visit our office to drop off your returns during our working hours.
